   * Raised by Sicilian family in Hackettstown, NJ
   * Moved to SC in 2000
   * Owned and operated Tuscany Bistro and Rocco’s Italian Restaurant out of Pawley’s Island
   * Louis’ Fish Camp –  Chef
   * Frank’s Restaurant – Executive Chef
   * Opened Alfresco Bistro, on Front Street in Georgetown, South Carolina's Historic District
      * Traditional Italian, Bistro, with a Mediterranean mix
      * Features inside and outside seating
      * Also a Casual and Fine Dining experience
   * Eddy Chacon’s of Georgetown opened May 5, 2015
